There are so many factors that keeps him at the top near 39 of age. Discipline, focus, sacrifice, strategy, grit and so much more. Lebrongevity is undeniably the chosen one.

And don't forget that LeBron James has played way more minutes in the playoffs than any of those guys probably combined! 🤯 🤯 So not only is it 21 Seasons but it's all those extra games in the playoffs against the best competition.. OMG!

21 lebron seasons really equals 30 with how many deep playoff runs Brons had in his career so far. Most legends don’t touch the postseason their last few years in the league, and almost none of them make 10 finals. Year 21 is a insane understatement when it comes to lebrons longevity.

He is in great physical shape, but he has changed his game. His steps are shorter. Higher cadence means less wear. Relying more on skill, strategy and knowledge.

Genetics is a weird gray area when it comes to being a valid attribute towards a player's skillset. Took Bron 15 years to have real injury and it did next to nothing to him physically when he finally did get hurt. One hand DNA doesn't have much to do with basketball skill, but at the same time it makes and breaks a player's skills.
