Ask and ye shall receive!! As a huge Metallica fan, I was humbled by all the comments and votes from the Hardwired nonstop video. Well, I'm back with the same concept for 72 Seasons! This time, I didn't leave out any tracks: 72 Seasons in all its 77-minute glory. Nonstop METALLICA!!!

ALL tracks from 72 Seasons have been edited one after the other, with no gaps in between songs. Songs transition from one song immediately into the next.

A few surprises, including the intro vocal snippet from Chasing Light appearing in another song ... can you guess which one??

Transition Notes

72 / Shadows
Very simple & straightforward: 72 Seasons ends on E, Shadows starts on E.

Shadows / Screaming
Since the keys are different for these two (E and F# respectively), I "borrowed" a few bars of the interlude from Screaming Suicide (which is in F#), transposed down 2 steps to E, and used a snippet to transition between the two songs.

Screaming / Sleepwalk
Both in E, but different tempoes. Slowed down the ending of Screaming to match the bpm of Sleepwalk.

Sleepwalk / Burn!
Matching keys of E, another straightforward easy transition between songs.

Burn! / Lux
Burn is in E, Lux in A. Had to transpose a snippet of Lux 5 steps down to E for a few bars.

Lux / Crown
Lucky for us, both songs feature the key of A! Another easy one.

Crown / Chasing
Crown ends on E, Chasing starts on E. Chasing Light intro also makes a surprise appearance at the end of Crown.

Chasing / Darkness
Since the intro of Darkness is "keyless" (ie drums only), the keys of each song were not as much of a consideration (although guess what, turns out they are in the same key anyway!) The tempoes of each are different, however. So I looped the bass kick intro of Darkness, had it start faster (matching the tempo of Chasing Light), gradually slowing down to match the tempo of Darkness.

Darkness / Too Far Gone?
"Borrowed" the guitar-only riff early in the song for one bar (since it's in the key of E) to play with the last note of Darkness (which is also E).

Too Far Gone? / Mirrors
Similar to previous, "borrowed" a guitar-only riff near the beginning of Mirrors, transposed from F# down to E, and overlayed it with the last note of Too Far Gone.

Mirrors / Inamorata
These two songs are in different keys, no straightforward way to transition these two. What to do? Just mash 'em together with no gap between, of course!
