My favorite part of OPM is the ridiculous villian back stories "I was obsessed with cars so I turned into one" absolutely brilliant

You would honestly really like the show. It's designed to be the ultimate shonen, it has all of the tropes put into it purposefully.

Oh Knox, my man, if you haven't seen One Punch Man, you definitely need to watch it. The fight scenes in this series are so beautifully done, and the characters are all interesting and fun!

One Punch Man has so many great OST dude, my personal favorite would be Garou's theme and Saitama's theme

For the record, as a fellow enthusiast who came up during the DBZ days, I can confirm that you would enjoy One Punch Man. It has all the excitement of DBZ, but lovingly parodies anime action and superhero tropes.

Its funny that you mention DBZ here cause Hironobu Kageyama the singer of most DBZ related media Openings (TV Series and lots of the Games) is part of JAM Project which is the Band singing those Openings

I love that that even though this is from like 2010, the opening 100% feels like a 90s anime. It's great!

So you know, the singer for Hero! is Hironobu Kageyama, who ALSO sang the Japanese opening to Dragon Ball Z, so the comparison is on point. (JAM Project= Japan Animation Music Project, and is made of a group of loosely linked musicians from several bands, that come together as needed for projects requiring particular skill sets. Kageyama is a regular contributor to vocals)

You need to listen to Jonathan Young's English version of this opening. It is utterly amazing
