Thai coconut ice cream is SO good. Creamy, but light and refreshing. If you're worried about sanitation, most Thai restaurants also have it- you're just missing out on the street vendor experience.

Same in India. I have ate this tasty thing all my childhood and grown up years. I miss this so much, but it used to be made out of milk.
