For the one that said it sounds like mental illness. I feel sorry for you. My clairvoyance has saved my life so many times I can’t even count protected me like a cosmic parent loving me guiding me your first step is learning to listen. Your second step is learning how to ask, so you’re going to the store imagine the store the parking lot everything before you go there like she said how does it feel? Do you feel constricted? What is the energy coming from that mental visualization? Learn to listen learn to open your mind learn to trust yourself it’s only you inside you, so why won’t you listen learn to love yourself learn to be patient learn to relax learn to trust your inner self or you’re just lost. That’s true mental illness when you’re lost and you can’t even listen to yourself it’s only there to protect you and love you.

I’ve had so many unexplained experiences. Animals speaking to me audibly. Trees speaking to me. Merging minds with another human. Dream premonitions. Seeing future events in my mind’s eye. It seems to happen more for me when I’m going through intense grief. I have no control over it.

Flying by the seat of my pants with regard to my intuition since a kid. I’m a senior citizen now. I never thought to develop it. I just know to trust it even in the face opposition. Thank you educating me on me. 🎉

Thank you so much for this Sandra! I needed it. I saw an Angel standing on a tall building lifting its hands up and down. I saw another Angel in the water swimming. I saw myself with Angel wings. I often see crimes in my dreams. Sometimes it’s so clear I wonder if I should report it to the authorities. I had a strange clairaudience a few years ago that lead me to win $18,000. I could actually hear men discussing the winner. I thought to myself “they know I heard them”. But, they did not know I heard them. I was at home lying in my bed and heard them talking. Many times this happens and i keep it a secret.

This is like further validation. LOL In my family, the women have what we call 'the knowing'. I knew I had it but was always afraid of listening to it. It wasn't until I was in my 50's that I looked at what it was all about. I picked up on most of it, somehow. It just sort of came to me once I started exploring. Like, once I learned what it is called, I did almost exactly as you suggest because, somehow, I knew to do that. I accepted it and trusted it. It really did help develop it. Thank you!

This is the best advice I’ve ever heard for clairvoyance.

My clairaudiance can be very loud, but spirit recognizes that I often miss the subtleties of soft. I had my first clairaudiance at 5, I am almost 43 and I just realized it was clairaudiance.

I call the voice " the knower" & anytime i discarded its advice, I HAVE PAYED.....I believe there is one more Clair & that would be: Becoming aware that events are NOT JUST A COINCIDENCE & To RECOGNIZE WHAT IT IS.... At 12, immediately after my grandmothers death bed visit(she came to me)& the dreams started, i thought i was causing the things i would see in my dreams. But after awhile i did start to glean messages.THE KNOWER HAS SAVED ME FROM SERIOUS MISSTEPS. It is a gift from GOD & i cherish it.

I started allowing intuition to guide me over 20 years ago when I began to act on intuition but let my brain take over. I ended up in a world of deep emotional pain. I'm 70 and how I wish I learned this in my younger days. My intuition is located in solar plexis. No thoughts involved.

I feel you were very clear Sandra Rea on the 3 steps with examples where to focus on each. It’s just a brief for those who are not understanding her steps. She’s giving you a direction to work towards if you are interested. There is no instant “light switch to turn on” and you are a full practitioner. (For most anyway but for some it can be that easy) 1. Recognize what your intuition is 2. Look at what the 4 Clares are see which ones you have predominately been able to utilize without even realizing 3. Practice. You will need to do more research and deep diving to understand what each is and how to recognize and utilize them if you are new in your spiritual growth. This was only a brief and I think she packed in a great amount of knowledge for us to follow in just 13 minutes. (If I’m incorrect Sandra Rea please correct me.) 🙏 thank you this was helpful to me.

Growing up my mom helped me understand it better by saying it's your Angeles or spirit guides

Mine is clear knowing, I was scrolling on FB & saw 2 different photos of 2 well known rappers & instantly had a definite knowing they would "die" I didn't know how or when but I knew it would happen sooner or later. Also I've had multiple dreams that came true. Most recently my brother called me while I was at work and he told me he just bought his son something & he wanted me to guess what , I guessed right & he said "how did u know" I told him that was the first thought that popped into my head. But as fast as the thought came, it went.

I’ve been clairvoyant and claircognizant my whole life but have experienced every single “Clair” at one point of my life. Spirits also come around as well. I Would love to have a teacher to teach me how to use these gifts.
