*Just want you guys to know that the reason the EPICBOOM sounds a bit different in the recording is because it doesn't have a "sweet spot" that some of the other more directional speakers do. That's just a limitation of my recording equipment from my single cardioid microphone. It does sound comparable to all the others and I give the sound a "thumbs up" :)

Thanks for the honest review, i love mine and it holds its own againts these other speakers well, and the 360 degree sound sets it above some, killer review man

which JBL speaker is that bro sounds the best of three
  • @Grommet2007
IMO JBL takes the win for the clearest sound with great dynamics.

While I don't have multiple speakers to compare it to, I enjoy my epicboom.
  • for sound quality and outdoor, is the epicboom better than the sony xg300?

It sounds like you’re listening to loud music with earplugs in compared to the JBL and the smaller Marshall
  • @oliverstemp9132
The Epicboom is a bit too bassy, but it does look great. I’d pick the Marshall probably.

You can get 2x Onn Large Party Speakers for $240 right now and blow all of them out of the water. One of them would be enough already, tbh.

Hi there Danny - The EverBoom just came out - Can you do a comparison between Epic Boom and Ever Boom !!! Thanks
  • Sorry I shouldn’t say terrible. It’s not bad. I just used to be a huge UE Boom fan but for the size of it, I’d expect a bit more crisp. It sounds deep and bassy, but a lot of people like the bass.

I have the mega boom trust n believe the boom is real and it literally lasts 20-24 hours and u have to adjust the eq if u want all the highs and they are loud it’s worth money
