I didn't really understand the plot, but I appreciated the reference: Ouroboros is the ancient white snake who bites his own tail, composing an infinite circle; it's one of the most ancient simbols in pagan mythologies :)

In my opinion,this might be about how you should be cautious of your actions and who they might hurt,because it will always come back to you and karma will make you feel the same way you made others feel. The man is the sinner,the girl is the victim,and the snake represents karma. Once again,my OPINION.
