Realtors always say “it’s gonna sell soon, you better move fast”.
  • Doctors make a lot of money, he's worked hard to get where he is. They deserve this!
  • the 3rd house is not the nicest but the location is everything...it doesen t get any prettier than that, only different..good choice

Excellent choice. Location is perfect Lake was important to him. With time, they’ll make the house perfect for them. You can fix a house but you can’t change its location

Love their choice...best option for future proofing and growing a family.
  • I don't get why he is so stingy about the bedrooms for the kids. Why can't they have separate bedrooms if you are going to spend more than $1M on a property?? Weird and cheap.

Initially, I wrote that I loved the 1st house because of its smart and turnkey nature. However, after looking at the 3rd one a lot more, I realized that though it will need extensive renovations to make it look like the 1st, it will be worth it in the end. I don't know what I would do with 7 bedrooms but I think walls can be knocked down to create bigger ones, maybe have one bedroom as a huge closet or storage, have a home gym, a library, and a study. What I loved about that house was the land it has, 3-car garages, extra outbuildings, and the lake. I wouldn't move in as it is though but those views from the master bedroom sealed the deal for me.
