God bless this family. So many times we in the US complain of what we dont have but after watching these videos, we are very blessed and fortunate. It makes me feel very ashamed that i have complained.

Whenever your contented with the life your living your heart is at peace and that's the best life you could ever have.There are rich people living in expensive houses but they can't get sleep the whole night they have to take some pills.May God bless this family.

They people stay fit because they are always moving! I have so much respect for them and the hard life they choose for their families! Such devotion and love is obvious!

These kind of documentary shows us viewers how blessed we are in many things that we usually just take for granted and how those people on the video are still blessed with whatever they have in the moment..still,they seem to find genuine happiness and contentment on the way they live. They eat healthy,they strive and they walk a lot on those rocky mountains just to find something they really need and important to them to keep them from living. They really dont live a very easy life but looking at them still smiling beyond their hard life is quite inspiring and admirable. Truly resilient people. From Tennessee with Love❤️

I'm 63, recently retired and I am so used to getting up at 2 am for work that my sleep is horrible and my health is starting to tell me. When I wake up at night, I thank God for his love and his son and I pray my blessings one for one. Home, warm bed, food, nice truk. So before I finish I realize pretty fast how blessed I truly am.
