Recipe
Go to the store and buy a chocolate bar instead. But if you insist
Froth up an egg white
1 cup sugar
⅓ cup honey
1.5 tablespoons water
Heat it up to some extent
Be very careful
Combine the egg white and sugar lava
Be careful not to glue your whole body together
Add in an amount of nuts bigger than Tony Robbins giant head
Or add in anything else. I was gonna add in a bunch of chocolate bars that contained nougat to create nougatception but I lost motivation.
Put it in some kind of mold.
Put it in some kind of fridge.
Put it in some kind of mouth.

I made this recipe and made a few substitutions. I replaced the sugar with water; the meringue with a block of ramen noodles; the vanilla and salt with a seasoning packet; and season's joy with despair. This actually made Santa cry. He now hates me and said I get coal for the rest of my life. :c(

i have one of your YSAC mugs. had a therapy appointment on tuesday via zoom, went to take a sip, and my therapist burst into giggles at the 'you suck at cooking' text printed on it (and then laughed harder when i turned it round to show her the gently weeping face on the other side). thanks for making my therapist laugh. despite my best efforts, i can usually only elicit an uncomfortable yet compassionate expression from her. merry christmas, king!

I recommend putting a sheet of edible paper at the top and bottom of the nougat slab when it's still soft, to prevent it from sticking to surfaces which include but are not limited to: the table, the plate, your fingers, your uncle's fingers, your little brother's mouth, the old dusty book you're gonna serve it on because all your nice plates are dirty and you're not a provident person so you didn't wash them.

This is so so so so so so good I love making homemade nougat with pistachios and candy cane fudge. A note: if you put a damp towel around the bottom of your bowl it won't move when mixing, wether with a mixer or a spoon, whatever!
