Im surprised you never mentioned Darkenmoor, this game was such an iconic masterpiece, still has no flaws in terms of gameplay, style and functions. It participated in the Hallows Eve 2018 event and gained mass popularity from there. Its updates were phenomenal but the game was inevitable to die out.

I remember when Ronald first came out. Ronald and piggy were my two best games at the time and maybe a bit of mm2. The Ronald game got popular because of rb battles season 2. It was actually the gold and fun days 😥😭. But anyways everyone moved on until the game hit 0 players then the devs took it down because of copy right sh*t.

Man this really upsets me😭😭not only was bear made before piggy, piggy actually took inspiration from bear. Piggy was originally supposed to be a 2D image of peppa pig which seems pretty familiar….. also bear isnt in the alpha stage anymore, its just became synonymous with the games branding now.

for your information, bear was the first game to make the "ahh scary killer chases you" trend, the first game dates back to.. 2015?! and the game you just showed was made in 2019, the game that most people are familiar with. there's also BEAR* that released in 2020, same year as piggy did but different dates. the same team who made bear are working on a similar styled game, expected to be released around late July - early August so really, bear was the first game to make the trend, piggy sorta followed up but i think minitoon was VERY VERY inspired by Granny.
