Addressing a press conference, Sitharaman questioned AAP national convenor Kejriwal's silence on the matter and hit out on him for being seen with his personal assistant Bibhav Kumar, who is accused of assaulting Maliwal.
The Union minister demanded that Arvind Kejriwal should come forward and issue an apology.

prima facie it looks like she is misusing her power. However there should be transparency in this case, AAP should release all CCTV cameras, no women should be unsafe in the country. Manipur incidents should also be brought into light; Government in power should be held responsible.
