Join me on my 2024 submission for ‪@BillMakingStuff‬ 's #bigbotbash challenge. Only kitbashing and scratch building were allowed for this build, making it quite the challenge. As always, the build ties into the world of Aegis, with the short story "Ambush" giving us a peek into its lore.

I forget my own child's middle name sometimes, but my brain can instantly recognize the Gundam Wing pylon in a tiny thumbnail on a phone screen at arms length.
  • @petersanten3294
I was very confused at how a crew of pirates was supposed to fit inside the mech, as it didn't look nearly big enough to be a drop ship, but the reveal that they simply hang onto the outside while cruising through the upper atmosphere and simply slam into the target at full speed was incredible. I always love the junkier side of sci-fi stories, about the people dealing with the scraps of the high tech machinery left behind by the elite and making unreliable death traps out of it.

i would personally love a hardcover, even if its not signed, i find hardcovers last so much longer, and are nicer to display! Love the vids as always
  • @xGamermonkeyx
"building is great for people like me who aren't great at perspective drawing" proceeds to draw an incredible drawing with perspective

Bitter sweet is right... But beautiful and vicious as the knife he rode out on. A letter written with the poison of grief in its ink, which we hope was never sent. Fantastic work with this collaboration, you've grabbed my attention something fierce and I'm excited to look into the rest of your dioramas!
  • @tannermonney5531
The build is once again an 11/10 and that story was phenomenal. I always look forward to the next amazing story you’ll tell in this world, so it definitely a given that I am definitely interested in a hardcover version! Keep up the phenomenal work!
  • @ravenite-void
That's such a beautiful mech! I'd love it as a pet tbh, like cat sized. That way it wouldn't shoot me into smithereens, hopefully And yes, I'd get your hard cover book. I'm falling in love with this story. Please, include a map, if you'll go on paper.
  • @BriteEyes504
Incredible build and story. You must absolutely have an hard cover novel.
  • @zilentis1835
I wouldn’t be opposed to also getting a physical copy to all of the short stories you’ve already written, here on the channel. I’ve purchased books like that in the past, lovely little anthologies written by internet peeps’ for their worlds, and I’d love to have yours too.
  • My favorite part of this collaboration is seeing how all the artists interpret the cues from the Bot Generator. You've never failed to impress and inspire me and this project was nothing short of spectacular!! The background story, your work and narration was amazing. You earned a subscriber!! And yes a signed hardcover book would be perfect for my collection. Bravo and Well Done!!
  • @poz8807
STOP MAKING ME CRY!!!! I love your stories and builds and these that just hit a real emotional cord are just that much better. Thank you as always for sharing your unique world and ideas with us!
  • @ScaleModelGeek
NO 3D PRINTING.. well, that would have disqualified me instantly. Great build!
  • I'm so lucky to find this channel.I'm literally thirsty for sci-fi content. Reading sci-fi novels, some of them - classics from 1930s, some are new. And here, on this channel i see: modelism, crafting models, painting them, drawing them and writing lore for them! Pure gem!
  • @jumpstarthobbies
With a growing list of diorama supplies, I'm definitely about to implement this storage box system. lol another great video and piece
  • @desirefama5964
I would absolutely ADORE a hardcover of your novel! I just love the world you have created and shared with us through your diorama’s, and a deep dive into that world would be the perfect way to unwind after a long day at work.
  • What a beautiful robot, with a dark colorscheme. Almost as dark as the twist of the story. Well done, all over!
