  • Of course you bought a Glock. That's all you ever Shmeat ride anyways are Glocks. Such a Hipster boy. Did a Full Steel 1911 hurt your poor wrist or something kiddo?
  • The trash bag made me think you bought it from a guy on the street corner he claims he only used it a few times and needs to get rid of it fast
  • I grip plug Glocks for three reasons, Less area for a mag to catch in the grip, It's aesthetically pleasing for me, And dust gets stuck in the hole and it looks crappy.
  • It's a very early gen 3. It's got the extractor without the LCI. The finish is parkerized. Used in gen 1,2 and very early gen 3s. The pentagon on the barrel is a marking required by austrian law to label the grade of steel used to make the barrel. A pentagon by itself is grade 5 A pentagon with a dot inside in grade 6. It's very nice glock. Built before the use of machine injected molded internals to save costs. As cheap as it was It's likly your best built glock yet.

I live near Glock and I would buy the worst one I could find at the best price, they would update all the parts for free. Exclude slide, frame and barrel. I have the conversion barrels for the G23 and can shoot 40, 357sig and 9mm. You can use the 40 mags for 9mm. Thats how the restricted 10 round state guys get around the limit. a 10 round 40 fits 12 9mm.
  • My favorite glock model. Owned multiple 23s from gen 3-5. My favorite is the gen 4
  • Loving the content man, probably the most honest and in depth channel there is on practical use of firearms and everyday life

Just bought a G43 for $290, came with night sights and a custom barrel made for silencers. Best for my hands, very slim and small firearm to conceal.
  • You can't go wrong with a good find, new or use. Great video

I heard somewhere that the grip plug’s there to keep out wasps nests.

3:29 that's the "Dead mans hand". It's supposedly the poker hand held by Bill Hickok when he was shot in the back and killed in a saloon. It could be considered a symbol of back luck or ill fortune in pop culture. If you've seen the movie "Ballad of Buster Scruggs", this is also the hand that the gambler folds before Scruggs takes his place and that Scruggs refuses to play when he tries sitting town at the poker table at the saloon.

You've found some Super Deals Lately ! Great Video
  • Mine wasn’t in a bag but pretty much the same. Lots of interesting wear and it came with a AWB sticker on a ten rounder. It was made in early 04. I turned it into a 19 for range plinking.
  • The engraving on the top of the slide reminds me of a few I saw on LACSO pistols that a particular unit was issued. They also came with trijicon sights and grip plugs. I have an early gen 2 Glock 23 that was an issue gun from when I was forced to switch over from my 4516 to a .40 cal.
  • Grip plugs are great for faster reloads. Mags sometimes catch on the cut out

What percent of the time do you carry .40 vs 9mm?
