Jessica and her father Bob manage a ranch at the extreme altitude of 10,000 feet in Colorado. The ranch began as a Lettuce growing operation and now is a working cattle ranch and yak ranch.
One thing is for sure. The cattle that they raise at pbjcattle.com/ are the tamest cows I have ever been around!

I ate Yak burgers when I was in Alaska last year. They were absolutely delicious. I knew very little about Yaks and even less about Yak ranching. Your video was extremely interesting and informative. I wish Jessica and Bob only the best with their ranching endeavors.

I love seeing the yak there. I live 8 miles from this place. PBJ Ranch a great blessing to our area. First time I saw a yak standing by the fence I had to take a double look. Thanks Trinity for showing this and coming to our area. Love your videos
