Here’s a theory of why he’s in the game: I do know he’s for Halloween but if you pay attention he literally raises the dead so he’s probably one of the horsemen of the apocalypse.

I’ve been ran over by this headless horseman multiple times. Quite difficult. Sadly me and the server I was in weren’t able to beat him… Well maybe they did. Hard to say.
