I know this is an old video but I have to comment.I was diagnosed with eustachian tube disorder last year after years of ear and sinus problems. This is the only thing that has worked for me and I am so grateful for this video.Took about 4 days of doing this twice a day but my ear is now unclogged.I will be doing this exercise regularly from now on.Thank you so much Heather.

I've had lifelong problems with my ears, and doing this every day has changed my life. I feel like a kid again. It's amazing. Thank you!

I really had a worse situation with my right ear clogged. I have been to the ENT specialist and found that some fluid is in the middle ear. I can hear echo in my head (several hundred times more than I speak). I found this video while surfing online. I am trying this from past 2 days and its like really magically working. Thanks a lot Heather Wibbels. I strongly recommend this for any of the people struggling with similar problems.

I did this to my son and he went from crying pain to drainage and comfort in minutes. Thank you for sharing!

Heather I just realized that my whole life I have subconsciously done most of these movements on my own without having ever been taught. I compulsively do them whenever I sit down in my comfy chair or at a desk and concentrate on something engrossing, and I thought it was just a nervous habit of mine and my wife is always asking me what the heck am I doing? But having always had severe allergies since childhood I think my body already knew how to heal itself.

My right ear had been clogged for almost a month. I did this massage 3 times, I could feel the wax moving around, but it was still clogged after. I went to bed, woke up 5 hours later, and as I got up and walked to the restroom, my ear popped and opened up! Thank you!!!!!
  • Usually I suggest people do this 2-4 times a day for about a week to get everything moving. If there's an underlying cause generating the fluid accumulating in the ears, you'll want to check with your doctor to get it completely resolved. This will move out the fluid that accumulates, but won't stop it from being created by the body!

I really didn't think this would work lol. Over ten years later and you're still helping new people. Thank you so much for the relief!

Having a bad sinus infection, my ears were "congested" and i came across this video, several folks said 2 x a day for 4 days worked-- i had nothing to lose because this massage and pressure point felt good! Good enough i did it twice a day, and i'm on day 4 and my hearing is back...šŸ˜‚ ty!! #anothersatisfiedcustomer

This video is a LIFESAVER! For the past week, my ears have been so clogged with fluid and nothing was working! The loss of hearing and non-stop tinnitus was driving me insane
  • @nervengewitter
This is really crazy and weird. Such small and light movements, at first you feel like nothing much is happening, but then something just does happen. I could literally feel my ears clearing up (I only managed to clear one ear the first time, but when I did it again the other ear "popped open" as well) Thanks so much for this. I had to suffer from terribly stuffy ears every time I had a cold, but those days are now over!

Iā€™ve suffered from inner ear infections all my life, the last one was particularly bad. My ear was totally blocked, couldnā€™t even feel the fluid moving. Thank goodness I found you, this technique has changed my life. I could feel it working and it had cleared the fluid completely in a couple of days. Thank you so much Heather. Highly recommend this massage, it truly is amazing.
  • It stopped my chronic daily vertigo. And way lessened my tinnitus and unplugged my ear after years
  • I'm finding this way after it was first posted. I have eustachian tube dysfunction. Repeated ear/sinus infections, dizziness, and hearing loss. This video is a life saver. I've had incredible relief from these techniques. Even the ringing in my ears has lessened, and i've not been dizzy in more than a week. Heather Wibbels, I thank you from the bottom of my heart. You helped me like two local ENTs could not!
  • This is working for me. I am so grateful I found this video! I have severe Eustachian tube dysfunction and I have been miserable. Three medications twice per day and no relief. Two days of this twice per day and finally my right ear pressure is 95% gone. Thank you Heather. I know this is old but my quality of life has improved so much in just two days. I ā¤ you!!!
  • I actually heard the fluid in my right ear come lose, then my ear became clogged and as I kept massaging it all came lose and released!! Absolutely amazing. What I had been trying instinctively to clean out with a qtip, I would have never been able to do without this video. Thank God I found you. Even though this video is 8 years old. Wow.

OH MY GOSH!!! MY EAR HAS BEEN KILLING ME FOR THE PAST 2 HOURS! I've been laying on hot rags and i took ibuprofen. And then i put a few drops of colloidal silver in my ear. No joke... About 15 pulls with the "live long and proper" move my ear pain literally vanished! I could feel some coolness in the back of my throat. I'm assuming that was some drainage.... But im NOT IN ANYMORE PAIN!! i can hear a little fluid moving around in there but again NO PAIN! I've been miserable for 3 weeks. It started as a simple cold... Turned into bronchitits, turned into sinus pressure and migraine headache for 2 days... Now ear infection today.... I just can't seem to catch a break :( till just now lol thankyou!

Having a rough bout of tinnitus atm. The sound can be dealt with, but have a big build-up of pressure too. This helped relieve a lot of the pressure from my ear. Thanks very much!
