I think the idea of trimming the edges of the baseplate is fantastic, and it's brilliant that it doesn't even have to be cut cleanly! What I'm not so fond of is the background for the figures, which appears a bit busy due to the Lego studs. I would prefer a smooth, monochrome surface, even though the studs are, of course, incredibly practical.

Great video. I was sceptical cutting the plate but when you don't see rough edges I would try it. Could you please provide the part numbers for the parts to mount them? I am a newbie to Lego so I may search forever.

Only problem I see for me each mystery figs collection have 16 figs I see in your cases 12 figs can fit 😢🤔🤔
