I honestly think The Hollow shoulda been high on the list. It took 2 seasons for the original family to end her threat. She affected them more than any other villain too, making them need to live apart for years

Nice list! Aurora was actually suppose to be the main villain of s3, but she was in other production, so she didn't have time to be a full on villain. So, just imagine. Reading the comments below. I see many that are biased to certain characters while others take the 'villain' title strictly as the highest power. "best villain" can be "most enjoyed villain that caused massive chaos" in the entire series.
