This short video was created by Kyle Morgan, a student in the Communications and New Media program at Southern Maine Community College. He attended the dedication of the recently acquired Marine Science program research vessel, which was dedicated to Charlie Hall who was an instructor at Southern Maine Vocational Technical Institute, which later became Southern Maine Technical College, and is now Southern Maine Community College. Charlie taught here for 36 years and was a revered instructor and much admired seaman.
