Iron Maiden - Lord of the Flies

My respects to Blaze who immortalized this song.

They need to put more 90's era songs back in the setlists... These are gems that are overlooked too often...

bruce singing the chorus an octave (?) higher at the end after singing it the normal way is just fucking insane xD bruce owns everyone. i like the x factor. i like how the songs are sung by blaze. but bruce is just unique.

Its good they haven't erased the Blayze Bailey era from MIADEN like priest done to Ripper...it's a honor for Master Bruce to sing this ..it would be a real treat to see Master Bruce and Blayze side by side

Love how Bruce sings every song like he owns it! If I didn't know Blaze sang this, I would swear that Bruce wrote it. Sign of a great musician.

I don't understand people... First, all Iron Maiden fans were crying and complaining because Blaze was not good enough for the band. That was one of the most powerful reasons to bring Bruce back. And now people complain about how Bruce performs the songs... What a madness. And Bruce doesn't "murder" this song, he just sings it in a different style, wich is good too.

There where some real gems in the Blaze era with maiden and this song was one of them.  I loved all the maiden singers, Di'anno for his Punk,  Bruce for Operatic, and Blaze for his Baritone. Ahh Fuck it, I just love all that is Maiden!!!

Bruce's performance is outstanding 🤯👏

"The X Factor" is a fantastic, daring underrated album that deserves a second listen. Daring and different, it pulled Iron Maiden out of a predictable rut they were getting known for.

I like Blaze,his contribution to maiden and his other projects but hell Bruce nails it here, fantastic performance.

4:00 is so funny, Bruce making like Blaze and singing a full octave down. Okay, almost a full octave, since the original is in E and this version is in D, one step lower.

One of my favorite songs ever. The lyrics, janick´s guitar, the whole vibe of it... Bruce nailed it as well! Different approach, also loved it. Iron Maiden best band of the whole universe!!!

I think that last repeat of the chorus is game, set and match. This is the definitive version of this song.
