How Does it Work?

This minimal techno study music is mixed with isochronic tones in the 16-20Hz beta frequency range, and it's designed to help boost your focus and concentration levels. It's an ideal study aid music session when you want to increase your focus while studying, reading, or engaging in any mentally taxing activity over a longer period.

You can view an image showing how the isochronic tones session is constructed at the start of the video.

My Focus Flow isochronic tones session contains frequencies between 16-20Hz. With this track, I've structured the movement between frequencies in a smooth sine wave configuration. This helps keep you focused, engaged and not distracted by changes in frequency.

Why Isochronic Tones are Superior to Binaural Beats

When measured on an EEG, binaural beats produce only a very tiny response in the brain and have minimal impact on brainwave driving. Isochronic tones produce a much more pronounced and distinct sounding beat, which makes them a superior and more effective tool for brainwave entrainment purposes. Headphones are NOT required for this video.

How Should You Listen to This?

Use this instrumental study music track while you 're studying, reading or working on a task. Although you don't need headphones, you may find using them more helpful. Especially if you're listening in a noisy work or study environment.

How Loud Should The Volume Be?

Adjust the volume to a level you feel comfortable with. It shouldn't be so loud that it hurts your ears or becomes too distracting.

It's about time I comment on one of these. Mind Amend (Jason), THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart. I'm a PhD student with ADHD often asking myself if I am cut out for this and this channel is literally the only way I have made any progress on my work in the last 2 years. So grateful!

I just discovered your channel a few months ago and to say I'm obsessed is quite the understatement. I've been sharing it with my students every chance I get. I have ADHD and have the hardest time focusing. I no longer take meds for it and have found natural ways to manage it. Your music helps me focus on my tasks, and I get so much done. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!

I love this thank you! I tend to listen to deep minimal sets when I’m tattooing to help me focus. This really held my attention, helped soothe my ADHD brain, and let me just sink into the portrait I was tattooing. 🙏 🖤

OK I finally found a video creator that gets it !! Adhd is not about repeating the same music or beat over and over again !! THIS IS WHAT WE NEED !! I Swear other binaural beats cheap channels here were giving me just more headaches !! but this one is AWESOME !! Omg I can't thank you enough for this !! PS. I am studying with this playing / and I do get pretty much lots of intrusive thoughts even with "Meds" tbh ... But this is making a BIG Difference for me. All the love to you SIr. <3
  • I love so many of your mixes, but this literally snapping me out of whatever thought wormhole that keeps me pulling away from my main task at hand. And it's also keeping me awake while writing this paper! THANK YOU!
