A striking feature of the house is a Hume pipe designed into the elevation that houses a tree leading up to the balcony on the first floor. Metal louvers with perforations form an integral part of the elevation which allow the flexibility of complete permeability or privacy from the street.
All the liveable spaces have been pushed to the front part of the house while the staircase shaft abuts the rear end, establishing a smooth vertical access throughout.

Openable metal louvers, consistent material palette, smart permeability of sufficient light and ventilation, and green spaces on the facade are some key highlights of the project. Principal Architect walks through the house, giving an insight into various details, materials and planning that went into utilising the best out of this small site.

It’s not how big the house is, It’s how happy the home is ✌🏽 7:56

We want to see these types of projects on this channel. Architects usually work on a 1500 Sq Ft Plot and call that a small house. I wonder if they have ventured into real Indian urban spaces and see what most people can afford. Big plots with high budgets will bring in fancy elevations and crazy structures. But a real architect should be able to take up small projects and build something great with limited resources. I tip my hat to this architect. Keep making waves, it has an effect.

Really liked the intelligent use of space and thoughtful balance between privacy and ventilation. Good to see that young architects are working with projects for the common people.

I have seen hundreds of design videos but none uses three side closed plot such imaginatively...best

Architecture at its best. Every house should deserve attention. Size is never a obstruction it is a challenge worth taking.

"Its not how big the house is, its about how happy the home is". Wonderful design. You are an Architect by mean ..👏

I hope they get the elevator fixed quickly. Meeting guest in 1st floor, eating in 2nd floor, sleeping in 3rd n 4th floor. It ll be a punishment to the knees...

I have seen 1000s of videos of tiny homes but the architect has so wonderfully designed this home that it just mind blowing

Good example of great architecture in a small sapce

Terrific work. Thank you for working with small spaces. Usually all designers on YouTube work on large flats and bunglows that are out of middle class family budgets. Gratitude for providing us an option to have our small homes beautified.

When I see rich people in metro cities starving for space ,air, sunlight, wind , my small city 50*50 area bunglow feels like the Tajmahal....😇😇😇😇

This is impressive. Design and architecture is so fresh and refreshing. Love the floor pattern and the creativity for privacy and greenery even in such a little space.

Fascinating!! Nothing is impossible. Hats off to the owners for their taste and the architects for such a beautiful job!

Gr8 work. I've seen many such projects in Tokyo. If horizontal space is limited one can rise vertical. I liked the movable sieve grill thing. It enable fresh air as well as privacy. Our country needs more such projects where space is costly (Bombay, Delhi etc)

Such a beautiful design, it seemed you get disconnected as soon as you enter home. It has its own vibe ie very positive. Excellent.

This is excellently built house in the tiny space available. Doesn't feel cramped at all and gives happy vibes when you are inside. Great 👍
