Man this almost brought a tear to my eye. That’s exactly what Klay needed to hear and I’m glad he took it the way he did

THAT'S RIGHT KLAY!!!!!! Proud of you bro There's no reason to go BACK to who you were when nobody else is able to emulate that either. you have young STUDS in your squad that could be next up if you shift your focus. Enjoy this chapter for what it is. You can become an ELITE MENTOR and TEAMMATE, forget the other stuff you already did that.

Could possibly be THE most important sound bite of our season. Great question by whoever asked it

Dude had torn acl and Achilles in consecutive years, I Don't know any nba player that had been through that but still be able to play after, let alone helping his team win another ring. We also have to remember he barely missed games before those injuries

I have the utmost respect for Klay and can relate to his thoughts. Being on top of your game for years, then age gradually creeps in and people say you're not what you once were. That's a hard pill to swallow! By human instinct, we try to prove the critics wrong, but the clock continues to tick. Accepting the truth doesn't mean you're weak or not great, it's simply the decision to age gracefully and enjoying the moments you have. Even Michael Jordan had to face and embrace this change! Salute Klay... you will always be one of the "Splash Brothers!" Nothing can change your legacy!!!

Klay had a good game, he did a very good job defending against Banchero.

Klay gave actually a heartfelt response to the question. I won’t be surprise if he retires after this season or next. I do hope his new mindset is set in stone and he can contribute greatly in a different way instead of his old way

Klay honestly doesn’t get the respect he deserves. The grit and determination to come back from a serious injury to win a championship is second to none. It’s sad to see him drop off and he’s never been the same after the 2019 finals.

One thing my grandpa always said, age with grace. Be humble, listen, teach and self reflect.

Been a pleasure watching you Klay. Go have fun, let em fly Splash Brother

Klay had some great defensive plays last night. Doesn't show up on the stat sheet but those stood out. He was knocking them down too, and definitely more selective. Always has been one of the classier, well spoken players.

As a Warrior fan, besides Curry, Klay is always my favorite shooter, you cannot forget how he has been helped Warrior get four champions. Although he may never go back to top level like he is used to do, he is still a legend🙏Show my all respect to him
