主人公が女性にドラッグをキス(口移し)で飲まされてそこから理性を捨て解放されているので、最後に眼鏡の自分にキスしているのは普段の生き苦しさを感じているのに取り繕って生きてる自分にお前も狂ってしまえと口移ししているように感じた。 なんかもうMVの色気がすごい〜

I think the song and the MV is saying about a men trying to escape from reality. You can see he is very stressed in work, he is smoking, drinking, joining party, or even doing drugs(?). He don't know the meaning of getting this stressed, he is not smiling in the beginning. But he started to smile after drinking, joining club, and doing drug. I like the lyris of “I なんてわかっちゃいないんだ” the meaning of I and ai (愛) meaning himself or love, saying that he don't even know the true self of him having to wear a mask for long time in the reality. Don't know what is love in the party, having a kiss with the girl. And maybe he want to kiss himself, the one who wear the glasses, the one who is taking all the stress, and fake himself. The kiss might be the sign of he want to comfort himself, or to accept himself. But it is still sad that, he wear glasses in the end of the MV, saying that he need to face the reality again. That's all what my thoughts on this song and the MV. The MV is surely a masterpiece, the color, the erotic style, thx for the hard work of qmeng, I truely enjoy it. And also yama's voice, the high notes are giving me chills. 💖
