Part of the problem is that the Advertisers decide with no scrutiny nor limits what constitutes "terrorism" to them. To them any content that they could disagree with may as well be considered so and instantly demonetized. Though I'm surprised that they hit that meme video, you must've hit a particularily sensitive nail right on its head !
