I decided to make a new version of this video, with no music or anything special like that. An update from the original video is that I included Mirage Island in here as well. However, the way I got there is by creating a Pokémon in Ciro's Pokémon Maker and creating the Mirage Island activator to go along with it. Therefore, there is no single Mirage Island code, due to the way that Mirage Island appears.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR GETTING TO THE ISLANDS ON AN EMULATOR
1) Beat the game so that ferries appear in Slateport and Lilycove.
2) Enter the following codes through VBA -) Cheats -) View Cheat List... -) Gameshark...

3) With the codes above enabled, verify that the items are in your PC. If they are (it should look like this: i.imgur.com/9eHit.png ), go back into the cheats menu and disable the item codes (this will prevent duplicates of the tickets from being created) and withdraw the tickets from your PC:

4) Now, with the enable and DMA disable codes still active, enter the codes below via VBA -) Cheats -) View Cheat List... -) Gameshark... like last time and head to Lilycove harbor:

NOTE: It's recommended you enable these codes one at a time, as I've found that they tend to work better like that, which doesn't really make any sense but whatever.
5) Talk to the woman in front of the ferry and she should say "The ferry to SLATEPORT is..." instead of her usual message. Depending on whether you enabled them one at a time or all at once, you'll either be taken to the island that you enabled the event for, or you'll get to choose the destination of your choice.
6) Catch pogeymans.
7) ????
8) Profit!
NOTE: In order to do this on an actual Game Boy Advance, you need either an AR v3 or AR Max Duo, NA version only. I do not have Codebreaker codes for the enablers, but if you'd like I can give you warp codes or something.

I loved how old event legendaries had there own islands. Now it’s just a level 100 you collect in the pokemart.

This game is so cleverly atmospheric. I can just feel the mood change with every city, every sea or every cave I go in. I always get caught up in this game because of how captivating it is. By far and large the best Pokémon game I have ever played.

Have you had this feeling too, when you captured or beat a legendairy pokemon at a very specific location, and then you were just like... did i do something bad? why do i feel so uneasy?

These events were the best. Now it's just "go to gamestop to get a free level 100 shiny legendary". Like back in these sprite era Pokemon games it was an experience, new island, new dungeon and you get to actually go through the challenge of catching the mythical Pokemon or legendary, like they added more legendaries into the new games but still it's boring warp riding for hours.

A few clarifications: 1) Yes, I used codes for the Master Balls. This video isn't supposed to show skill. 2) The codes are for ARv3 and AR DUO only. I used them on an actual cartridge and they worked just fine. 3) The Smeargle was bred a long time ago and saved using my Sapphire game whenever I restarted Emerald and the moves were gotten using the double battle method (look it up).
