This was the recipe i was looking for. My hostel cook used to make delicious pasta and now that I'm WFH, I've been trying to search a similar recipe because of craving to get the exact same taste. I cooked pasta (haldiram's) for 6 minutes. Used ginger garlic paste instead of garlic clove. Used finely chopped tomato instead of puree. Didn't use garam masala because i don't like the taste. Added just a bit of soya sauce. I'm so happy to finally get the taste very similar to what i used to have. BIG THUMBS UP.
