I have been watching for a long time now. Since some of your first lives on Tiktok. I am shocked that no one is talking about the amount of work you put in to subtitle this whole video for the english speakers. I love that you spoke to your spanish speaking crowd from down in Mexico for this video. Keep up the amazing work, both in the kitchen and the effort in making this content for you audience. Much love!

All of these channels making me want to put a flat top in my house to cook
  • I have never worked in a restaurant. I couldn't handle the stress. You are very competent and efficient and fast at cooking. I really enjoy watching. Greetings from Washington.

One line cook to another, anyone criticizing you for speed has never even seen a line cook. Your technique and timing are insane. I wish there were more people on my line who worked like this.

I’ve been binge watching your videos for the past two weeks. Thank you for uploading a new video 😊
  • I was surprised when you said people say you are cooking too slow. It’s clear to me you have a method and a reasoning for your pace of work. You even care about your consumer’s health which is why you take a couple extra seconds here and there to swap gloves. People alway have something to say. I’m rocking with the channel homie, keep grinding 🙏🏼💪🏼

Great video! We got to see some new things! I had no idea about those tortilla salad bowls that was pretty neat. Cheers from Ottawa Canada!

So glad for the new upload. These videos are surprisingly relaxing… and thank you for the commentary!
  • @andyforshaw4239
Love the commentary because there are quite a few things that I never knew what they were. The corned beef hash, for example, I always was trying to figure that one out. Never seen it cooked like that though. I also like hearing about how many things you make in house that I thought were pre-made. That's always a nice touch! Gotta love the armchair line cooks, quick to criticize but don't know s---. You do good work!
  • @murrays99
Another great vlog and always so impressed by the calmness that you have
  • @crazy8sdrums
Corned beef hash is just beef and potatoes and some beef fat and salt. Fry it on the griddle until it is crispy and try it! It's great! I make burritos with it, with eggs and cheese...it's good stuff!
