Speaking of where rain starts. I got chased by the rain once. It was about a foot behind me as I was running and the clouds were moving. One of the coolest things ever to happen to me. I managed to not get wet and noone believed me. I ran for about 20 minutes.
  • 0:50 Fun fact: Iceberg is not an English word, it is the incorrect translation of the german word: Eisberg (pronounced the same way as iceberg) which means "Ice Mountain".
  • In my entire life I've only seen the exact spot where rain starts one time (except for those distant, sooty looking veils of rain). I was on a ramp heading to the interstate, and a few feet in front of me was no rain, and right behind that was rain. Coolest thing I've ever seen.
  • Locusts: "Our time has come! Let's devour Madagascar once and for all!" Spiders: "The locusts shall fall! Wait.. They said Greece, right?"
  • We were on a kayaking trip to France when there was a grass fire next to the car park. My gym teacher calmly went up to the car, broke the smallest window, released the hand brake and pushed it away from the flames. That kind of immediate assessment and decisiveness had an amazing effect on me for the rest of my life. Thanks, Graham!

I appreciate the ‘close your eyes’ and ‘open your eyes’ being genuine and not trickery. I’m not scared of spiders but I just like seeing youtubers look out for their audience

"And the spiders covered everything thing!" Spiders: "it's free real estate"
  • Thanks for the vid, really cool. I am impressed with the iceberg and the hail. I had experience with hail, and it was really dangerous if we had nowhere to hide.

"They say if you find the end of the rainbow, you can find a pile of gold." "And if you find the border of the rain, you will find the border of the rain." Whelp
  • I remember when I was a kid it was raining where we lived. I had an opportunity to say hello to my Gramma who lived several states away and I asked her if the rain was bothering her. When she told me that it wasn't raining outside I thought she just hadn't looked outside or something. I had the impression that rain was a simultaneous worldwide event and if was raining in one place, it was raining everywhere else in the world.

I had that happen to me when I was young. The rain all of a sudden came, as I was playing outside in the play ground, I ran for some cover and much to my surprise it stopped raining. So I turned around face the rain stuck my arm out and felt the rain on my hand even though I was in the open with no roof to facilitate that protection.. just open skies. I was literally dry as it rained inches away from my face. It did that for like couple of seconds and eventually I got rained on but I remember that was so cool to see as a kid... I told my mom and she just shrugged her shoulders 😆
  • I’m so lucky that my country doesn’t have a lot of natural disasters
  • Did you know: the "Tumbleweed" thought to be an American tradition is actually named "Russian Thistle." It arrived with the Wheat. At that time sorting was primitive.

Omg, wonder's shall never end in all we still thank the creator.
  • @beaksters
I’ve stood in between the border of rain before and it’s really cool as half your body can get soaked and the other half is completely dry.

"Please comment what you would do if you were caught in this hail" Me: I'd get the hail outta there!

That shot and the 🚌 people, "caught in the rain," is STILL MAKING ME 😅. HILARIOUS..
