Finally done with #Manna Progression 1/2 L-Sit Single Leg Extension , 5 sets of 20 reps, with associated mobility Seated Pike Pulses for 5 sets of 10 reps!

These were brutal on my whole body, but felt so solid being able to hold my body for so long without moving anything except my legs.

On to the next adventure!
