Rebuild the odometer on a junkyard cluster.

Replaced the plastic gear on the speedometer, using a signal generator to drive it. 4000 pluses a mile at 60 mph is 240000 pulses an hour, or 4000 pulses a min, or 66.6666 pulses a second. So 66.7hz should be 60 mph. It's as accurate as it was to begin with. I will replace the capacitors before I install it.
