I think these players might either be adults who don’t care much about their own Roblox account or people who just let their kids mess around on their account as long as they don’t use admin

To be fair the "psychomantis" name already says how did he got admin. Psychomantis is a character from metal gear solid series, he was reading your files on yiur playstation and to be that boss you needed to use other controller, basically Psychomantis is very powerfull character.
