I love this man . He is a great example of what a leader is . He don't care about offending those that choose to do wrong. He does not care what needs to be done , he gets it done . You’ve got to love this Sheriff lol he’s so meticulous and committed to his job. He breaks it down in such a relatable common language as well, which is a genius move, he didn’t have to do that and I’m sure he’s operating above and beyond his job description here We need to honour and support a great man like this, and I am saying this as an African man.

From a black man who was direct filed to adult court at 18 for a PBL crime, I can say everything this man said is correct. He uses words like gangster and thug and it’s with no racial undertones. I can see that he truly is just talking about kids and young men and paths they take. Hugs are not the solution.
