UPDATE:
By request, here's an alternate download link omitting the goofy sting at the beginning for anyone who'd like to just hear that isolated synth without Frieza's countdown:

Alternately known as "Frieza Sheds His Armor," "Power Charge Cue" received a surprising amount of plays throughout the series, all the way up through episode 283, "Earth Reborn." The repeated uses all omit the beginning with the goofy sting on Vegeta's reaction to Frieza's request for a countdown. This track is occasionally used to extend "Healing Capsule" by crossfading from that track into the healing capsule cue heard at 0:23.

There is a reuse of this track in episode 80 where it reaches the end of the track. It's somewhat uncommon for Frieza-era tracks to reach their end point on repeated uses, but this one had a clean ending because it led into "Closing Music" in episode 77. The thing is, its ending isn't a true "ending." The track just sort of stops, as you can hear in the Clean Cut. As a result, when it reaches the end, there's a reversed drum used as a transition sound layered underneath the ending and continuing beyond it to sort of pad out the ending and usher in the next track.

Most of this rip is courtesy of ‪@marcelosdbzmusic8072‬. I gave it a clean opening ending, but otherwise, credit to him!

About the "Clean Cuts" Project
A number of the tracks released across the 9 officially-released soundtrack CDs were structured to bleed over to the next track on the CD or, in the case of a lot of the Ginyu/Frieza tracks, were taken directly from the episodes. They often included short portions of the tracks that preceded and succeeded them in the episodes. While I was always happy to buy the newest CD at launch and I was thrilled with whatever I could get, I wished some of the tracks were released in a completely clean fashion. Now, 20 years later, I have the tools to make that happen.

I'm well aware of the major tracks people want to hear like this, but feel free to leave any requests in the comments. I can't promise that every track is doable, but I'm happy to take a look at anything and see if it's possible.

Also, be sure to check out Dragon Ball Z: Faulconer Re-Mix!

   / @faulconerre-mix

Dragon Ball Z: Faulconer Re-Mix is an authentic fan re-score of the Saiyan and Namek Sagas of Dragon Ball Z with the goal of creating a single, unified dub soundtrack that smoothly flows from our episodes 1-67 to the Faulconer Productions Music team's episodes 68-291. We're composing lots of brand new themes and arrangements of existing themes using the original soundtrack's sample library.

This is extremely intense. I can remember this used in Episode 137, "Say Goodbye, 17" when Tien hovers in the sky preparing to fire his Neo Tri-Beam at Semi-Perfect Cell, who had just absorbed Android 17. I also liked how you guys used this in Episode 3, "Unlikely Alliance" when Piccolo showed up at Kame House before joining forces with Goku to stop Raditz. Will you also do the Isolation Chamber theme soon? I can imagine this when Vegeta himself was in the chamber both times during the Namek Saga.

Ah yes, the track I always called "Death Is My Specialty" for whatever reason. Don't know why 😅

Another great job here, my dude! Though if it's possible, could you also have an alternate version of this available to download that doesn't have the goofy sting in it, just the underlying synth?
