My Prospex Penguin has some problem

compare to my Promaster Chronograph, you will see that in 2 minutes, Seiko is faster than Citizen. I noticed for few hours now and got Prospex just today but then I saw that it is a little bit too fast than it should be.

    To be fair ( and I'm a Citizen fan) no mechanical movement will match the accuracy of a good Quartz movement. I believe there is a 4R movement in your Seiko. Seiko claims that the accuracy of caliber 4R36 is between +45 / -35 seconds per day.  Citizen's eco drive is likely to be + or - 15 seconds per month!
