The people in India are now suffering with severe illness and many have diabetes in the south of the country they're now using seed oils instead of their usual ghee.

Been low omega-6 by seed oil avoidance for years now. Arthritis - gone Sinus allergies - gone Chronic pain - gone Asthma - gone Sleep apnea - gone with the aid of nose strips. I have grade 4 condromalacia in my right knee, had 2 knee surgeries, and have nerve damage. Went from a constant 5-6 pain, 8-9 with flare ups, to a constant zero pain.
  • PAUL!!! RE-release with sound... my family and friends need to hear this!!! Love your work.
  • Paul is the 1st person i heard of talking about linoleic acid about 3 years ago and thanks for all the great information, your helping alot of people.

I am testing this information with a cgm, and so far it bears out. I tested boiled potatoes with all the toppings, there was a rise in glucose of 2.2 mmol. Six hours later, 1 cup of potato chips, there was a rise in glucose of 3.7 mmol approx. So boiled potatoes with butter, cheese, sour cream, and chopped onion caused less reaction than a cup of potato chips. The rise with the potato chips was very quick compared to the loaded potatoes. Everyone will have different reactions to different foods, for me, it's worth the time and money to figure this out. Thanks for all you are doing! I really appreciate your insights:)

I wrote to Whole Foods about their use of a canola/olive oil combo which is in practically all their hot bar items, and they basically turned up their nose about it. I just stopped consuming their crap food.
  • The scary part is, is they know we are catching onto this..how long before they sneak it into stuff and don't put it on the label..u know they will 👹👹👹

Hey Paul, can you point out how babies and young children don't like vegetables could actually be that they are instinctively aware that it is poisonous.

Within two weeks of dramatically cutting my intake of factory oils, my breathing during my runs improved significantly, and the night glare from streetlights and headlights dramatically improved.
  • Thank you guys for keeping the spotlight on this serious problem!

It’s almost impossible to find any packaged food without it, even keto foods at Whole Foods. One really has to cook most of their food at home. I eat at a few places, I’m not afraid of a little here and there as I like to go out and be social, but careful what I eat to get as little as possible. It’s fascinating how strict states are with vaping (fine) but by all means freely stock the schools and promote and allow teens to eat as many Cheetos and pop tarts, no restrictions, no nicotine but creating a future of sick, obese kids with fat livers and low test scores - future work force.
  • Thank you guys so much for this information-dense conversation. It's literally worth 50 lectures @ university for understanding of metabolic principles. Keep up the good work!

I had to post this here: i just found hidden seed oils in……. Butter. I was shopping at a store i rarely go to and the best butter i could find was from Lurpak, and it said made from 100% organic ingredients. I cooked some whole eggs in it as i usually do, about 5 eggs. As i was cooking i saw that the pan was smoking more than usual but did not think twice. I had my meal (which tasted funny) and at the end i wanted to have a few scoops of just the butter. I took one scoop and the taste was odd again, when i look more closely, they actually sold me a mix of spreadable fat, containing 70% organic butter and 30% organic….. CANOLA OIL. I’m so pissed, and also not feeling very great.
