this is useless. it's not all about confidence. the more responsibilities and challenges you take on, the less chances you'll have of always succeeding. there are individuals who find success pushing through the grind. we all think of success as a straight line, but in reality, it's winding, but given the opportunity, anybody who makes the correct decisions can make it.
