  • I give Dasmarinas a lot of credit for how he fought here. He lost and lost real bad, but to his credit he didn't do what most opponents do when Inoue really cracks them and hurts them and get scared and just fight to survive. He was still swinging and trying to fight back. Big respect.

I'm Filipino and I hate the disrespect Filipinos give Inoue. You just SEE how good he is.
  • The fact that Dasmarinas was able to got up twice is insane, those liver shots were brutal...

Hopefully Inoue gets his flowers. He's an excellent boxer.

Inoue showing how the Japanese typically are, respectful and humble.

Been a fan of inoue since he won the super series. Glad more people are getting to witness his greatness. His techique is on point. His speed gives him the advantage but his dedication to his training is what sets him apart. Hes chasing glory not money and i LOVE it

As a British boxing fan, Naoya Inoue is my favourite fighter and has been the pound for pound best on the planet for years. That is only my opinion, but he is poetry in motion when he is in full flow.

to those filipinos out there saying that Inoue only fight in Japan and he win only in Japan.... this is US territory and his fight still the same, KO.....
  • What I like with The Monster, is that he don't broadcast in most of the time, like every opportunity he got with microphone, that he IS the monster. That's a solid testament when you are one.
  • To be fair, Tapales has just as many chances to beat Naoya as I do to have a three-way with Scarlett Johansson and Margot Robbie

The Inoue is the real Liver King. Went for nothing else. Just the level of discipline is out of this world.

Bro inoue is such a humble boxer he even checked if his opponent was okay. Not like the other boxers who just let there opponents in the floor and celebrate on top of them. Inoue is one of the breeds were the boxer is really good but humble.

inoue's boxing is a thing of beauty.
  • @legthrough
1:01 The right jab was the lifeblood of Dasmarinas, and Inoue countered a right jab 19 seconds into the first round, leaving Dasmarinas with almost no way to fight.

    Inoue is fierce. Outstanding performance.

Inoue is Japanese, and the Japanese are known for a certain purposefulness and relentlessness in their thinking and culture. Impeccability is a goal that's in their bloodstream. And I don't need to mention fanaticism, of course, for those of us who are older and remember WWII. Inoue has consolidated all of this into one very dangerous thing. His focus, discipline, soundmindedness, technique, geometry, balance, conditioning, physical strength, speed, and determination come together into something approaching perfection. It's very Japanese. Because he also declines to engage in idiot marketing stunts and head games and gangster culture, choosing rather to direct his energies into *boxing*, he's all the more historic and all the more seemingly unbeatable.
  • Tapales is called the "Nightmare" but a "Monster" is what makes a nightmare 🤯 😉
