I've already told you this but I'm super proud of you. I love you nephew. 🥰
  • First of all you have beautiful eyes. I didn't come out until at the age of 20 yrs. old and in college. I messed around with my first guy at 15 but didn't like it. I dated girls from that age until 18 and started with guys again around that time. Come out is hard for some people but it was easy for me. I just told my grandparents first and than my mom and my dad didn't talk to me for three weeks. But all is good to this day.

Y'all have it hard. I didn't have to come out because I was never hiding anything. What you see was what you got. I'm bi and it was completely obvious. My mother disowned me but Idrc. I'm my own man so I'm good. Live your life bro. One love ❤❤

  • @aloquicious
Wow....I'm so surprised. I wouldn't have guessed that you had such life threatening challenges. How were you able to find the focus and discipline to accomplish so much despite such turmoil? I loved how you mentioned your little brother who loved you unconditionally.

You look nothing like what you’ve been through .. you carry yourself so happy and positive you’d think your parents accepted you from the beginning! Your energy and bravery is everything .. I’m so proud of you ❤️ your journey is amazing and I’m glad you saw the light and the end and that you’re comfortable in your skin 🙏🏾 just know we accept you and god accepts you too.. and i love you and your brothers relationship keep that tight bond with him and be that example for him 🖤

Xavier, thanks for this video. Congrats on all your accomplishments in high-school and dance tournaments. I am in college in Maine. I have a final grade of an A for the semester. I went back to college two years ago. I could relate to most of the video. I got abused in 2019 and now I'm doing better.
  • It was an absolute pleasure to interview you, it was a good conversation. Wishing you nothing but the best moving forward. When the struggles come your way always remember, tomorrow brings a new opportunity to rise above that which makes you uncomfortable or unhappy. Go get em.

and this is why..I had to become a gay mother. I hated to see the pain and confusion of young gay boys/men trying to navigate their way through feelings everyone is telling them is wrong.

Amazing... Idk what is more powerful, your courage or your smile! You are a leader in the making... thank you for letting us bare witness to your journey!

Thank you my little brother. You explained your life and experiences in a powerful way and told the important details. You have a beautiful face and a beautiful way of expressing yourself. It was difficult to hear the part of your father when he initially became aware of your sexuality . . . It looked like it was hard for you to describe the event. I'm proud of you my little brother, and I'm so delighted that God made you in such a beautiful and amazing way.

Xavier, I'm so happy for you and I wish you nothing but continued success! What I'm about to say to you, I hope you receive it with the LOVE that it is intended. As a younger person you were Lil' Ms Messy in training...STOP IT! Your life and who you are is your truth...everyone else has their place in time to realize their being. People will look at you and say "I can't trust you." The thing with your friend (hold his coat) and the principle's office (outing him) will not play well in the real world. Continue to evolve and be yourself and your soulmate will come. You will have friends who will gravitate towards you with their love and respect...don't violate their trust.
