Bordering the old village of Mirningshire lies Mirning Woods. The locals are often here foraging for wild foods. Fresh berries, magic shrooms and fungi blooms are abundant in this area.

One of the best sound therapy methods can be found through nature. Whether you're beginning a meditation practice or going through your daily activities, nature sounds can help keep your mind in a balanced state for improved focus throughout the day.
Woodland sounds, bird calls, wind through trees, white noise, nearby village noise

Finally, a nature video that doesnt make it seem like youre IN the river or up a tree with a family of birds

For some reason a forest with fog at night is terrifying but a forest with fog in the morning makes you feel safe

Playing this for my cat while she passes, she was very outdoorsy, and I hope this makes her feel more comfortable in her final hours. Thank you

Reminds me of one of the only good things I had going for me when I was homeless living in a tent... The sound of nature. It gets better. Don't give up. Don't be ashamed to ask for help. You are capable of doing better things with your life than you might think.

I love that the sounds are not overwhelming. That the bird song is gentle and not too loud. I love how the fog makes the greens soft and soothing as well. Thank you!
  • Just moved to a big city.. this is so calming. Missing the forest a lot. The only way to be productive is by listening to this. THANK YOU SO MUCH!
  • This is heaven. Thank you for not looping the sounds so much that they're consistent. The inconsistencies and lack of pattern is absolutely perfect IMO. Also, the softness (for lack of a better word) of some sounds compared to others make it feel like I'm in this lovely place.

Fun fact: spending time in a forest is called forest bathing, which can help reduce stress and anxiety, boost immunity, and puts your mind at ease.
  • To all of my fellow writers out there: Don't give up. Your stories are worth telling.

Friendly reminder to water your plants today if needed
  • thanks for not looping the audio so much it's obvious :)) i have autism so my brain is constantly looking for patterns in anything and this helps with trying to chill out
  • Thank you for making this. I played this for my dog while she was sick and when she passed. She loved hiking in her earlier years and was the best girl ever. This helped her relax and sleep. I played it for her a lot when she could no longer get out into the woods. It was the only soundscape she really liked. It helped both of us very much. Thank you.

I’m playing this because I’m raising a little baby bird who fell out of their nest and I want them to feel at home 🥺

Whether you're studying, relaxing or working, imagine that we all are in the same space together listening to this. You're not alone out there. :) I am here rooting for you !!
  • As a writer who is writing a character in a abandoned forest much like this one, this helps so much, thank you

I'm stuck in the house during the coronavirus quarantine, and these sounds just bring me back to Michigan summertimes. This is exactly how a forest with a creek sounds during the summer.

I just want to leave everything behind me and go live in this forest 🌳
