Installing an NDS File Through YANDF With Windows Command Prompt

Exactly as the title says. Honestly, I'm recording this partially for myself as well as anyone else curious about it because I won't remember this in a week. There's a GUI for YANDF but I don't know how to operate it, so I use Windows Command Prompt. Now with background music.
