Unemployment In India

The problem why we India face unemployment problems is because our schools don't teach real life lesson experiences n skills which are important.

Indian school education system teaches us everything except economic education and money making skills( management skills).

The fact that he literally teaches us class 9 - class 12 economics and it's still informative tells a lot about him. Respect to you dude.

I studied my civil engineering after 12th and trust me I was not a capable engineer to work in any major companies like L&T.I started intern program in one of the semi gov company and trust me I was shocked to see the actual work procedure compaired to what i learned during my engg and even after spending lakhs of rupees on my studies I was only eligible to a salary of 20k.Thats when I took a turn and went for my masters in IT from abroad I changed my field and my uni pushed me alot to become a better IT guy by giving me heaps of real time projects.As a result im settled in abroad with a tons of perks and getting a really good package. As per my experiences as long a Indian leaders come from an ancient backgrounds their mind sets will never allow this country to grow,develop and adopt news technologies.Their main focus is to divert youth to sell pakodas.Imagine after finishing engineering engineers are selling pakodas.This is a big disgrace for India.Thats why millions of Indians now sell their homes or take hur amount of loans and flew abroad for better life and career.

बेरोजगारी का सबसे बड़ा कारण सरकारी नोकरी भी है , क्योंकि सभी को सरकारी नोकरी इस लिए नही करनी होती है की देश का विकास हो सके इस लिए की करनी होती है ताकि ज्यादा ज्यादा सैलरी मिले और काम का बोझ कम रहे और समाज में इज्जत मिल सके . इस वजह से जो jo garib, kisan , majdur unhe 5000 mahine ka kamana mushkil hai aur government job Wale 50000 mahine ka kama lete hai. Aur esi liye Jo chote Kam hai vo koi karna nahi chahta aur बड़े जॉब हमारे देश में है नही. और गरीब कभी पैसे बचा ही नहीं पता किसान ki halat 50 sal pahle jaise thi Aaj bhi waise hi hai . Garib garib hi hota ja raha hai aur Ameer Ameer. Aur gov. Job me curruption bhi bohot hai es vajah se garib ke mehnat ko 0 value hai

I got selected in Banking PO in 2013 didn't go, 2015 Railway, 2017 - IBPS- Clerical and PO, 2019-LIC..... I wrote this exams only once got selected but I didn't go for any one of them, I just wrote them to check my analytical skills how much competitive I'm and my parents were forcing me to write. But my passion was in teaching and coding.... I use to teach in India for Degree and School students... For degree computer science programming subjects and for school 8th,9th,10th class mathematics and science... The biggest mistake what Indian youths making is they want AC room job, no one is going for actually what they want. carpenter (who is passionate) in his work earn more than other, most of young generation leaving their farm land to get government job and sometimes even they sell the lands to give corruption.. I didnt make this mistake, I had a dream of studying in abroad when I was in 6th class, so I came Ireland.. Now I finished my Master's in Artificial Intelligence.. if i wanted i would had my life with one of the government job.... I was paid only 5000 thousand rupees in college per month for teaching and then 10 thousand in 2021 from coaching class hardly I use to earn 5000 thousand per month, even on that I left this government jobs.... but I have seen many students come to my place for coaching classes spend years to clear government jobs but no only some will make it others nothing they come in the list of unemployment,,, why to blame the govenment this are the people who left their farm and came to this place and even they are ready to give lakhs of rupees in corruption for job... ...... I stay in ireland, i stayed with irish friends, I have seen they do job what they feel good, they never try to have office job, one of my friend left the computer science job (IT JOB) and joined and Bar tender because he didnt like to do it now he is happy with his job... .. I came here just to fulfill my dream which I had since 6th class.... not to sit in room and earn money by doing nothing In india it also problems with elders, During they see lot of things before marriage from both boys side and girls side.... India is a land of opportunity, even if you make better TEA and sell it you can earn 500 rupees every day, 15000 per month you can have peaceful life.. I came here because it was my dream, I want to earn money to buy farm land, so that I can come back work in farm...... My life last dream it is.. ...... do any job nothing is low or high,,, even i worked in pub in irealand as floor staff where i use to clean the toilets whats wrong in that... i did it with passion ... An important point you missed out is small and medium enterprises and their ability to create jobs. But our society has a very negative idea about entrepreneur, getting licence or shop # itself is very difficult in India.

The day when our school curriculum gives less priority to marks n more priority to skills n give equal opportunity to all, our country will have no unemployment problem.

I am an Economist, I can say that the simple problem in India is Demand and supply, too much supply of Labour and little Demand for them.

You are right. Par humare yaha companies ke sath bhi alag hi problem hai. Main B.Tech ke baad job search kar raha tha to mujhse skills ki demand ki. fir maine MS Office, AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop par kaam seekh liya. Yeh dikhane par exp. Ki demand karne lage... matlab companies ki demand khatm hi nahi hoti. Fresher ko koi job nhi dena chahta par exp wale sabko chahiye. Kitna bhi kuch kar le to end mein English language ka panga to rahta hi hai.🙏🇮
