Sandrerson: “I was so injured by her hitting me but yes, I went on 30 international vacations, hiking, suba diving, skiing, bars, and parties, after.”

Jury didn’t even consider ordering dinner first. Probably couldn’t get over the fact that Sanderson went on like 60 vacations since the accident.

We all wondered why this wasn’t settled out of court. This is why. She was being railroaded and she wasn’t gonna let it happen. Good for her sticking up for herself . Even though she had to do all of this, is was worth it. That guy is a crook. Mr. Sanders even said his own woman didn’t by into this . 🤦🏼‍♀️
  • I like how Gwyneth walked up to Terry after the trial and patted him on the back and said to him "I wish you well"! She is a classy lady.
  • The fact she countersued for $1 already gave her a sense of credibilty. Like she wasnt after money or a crazy amount as we see in most cases. And then she was very believavble and the other guy wasnt.
  • This is a major win for frivolous lawsuits across the country. I'm happy to see the justice system actually working correctly.
  • Well done to Gwyneth Paltrow for handing the matter like a boss.....not only has she put a firm line under the matter by going to court and winning her case legally, she also showed that she does not take advantage of people who clearly have some mental issues going on with them and just sues the guy for $1. She even wished the guy well after the verdict. A win win situation for her. I am not a fan of Gwyneth but good for her on this one.
  • The case may have seemed trivial, but it was not. Justice is also in the little things. Justice is also sometimes simply about putting the record straight. Very happy for this and congratulations to GP for standing up for what she thought was right.

This was the correct verdict. Gwyneth has the money to pay the settlement and could have easily avoided this 6-7 yr litigation but knew she was right and out of conviction fought on. Good on her
  • The bragging about all his trips on social media testified against his claims. Truth is important!!

Paltrow showed patience and commitment and character here, even courage. That’s the type of client a lawyer wants. Way to go
  • @PeachPieMe
She fought for what was right. I admire that.
  • My father paid a person who sued him like Terry when I was 17 and I just didn't understand, he didn't have millions to fight nor the time. Thank you Gweneth.
  • @IMKK-rh7pb
I would have been terrified to touch him on the way out like that. "OMG, she hurt me! My shoulder is broken! I'll sue!"
  • @beatnikmary
I never like to jump to conclusions whenever someone brings allegations against a celebrity, by assuming that they just want a pay-out they don't deserve. But in this case, the trial really did show that to be the case!
  • People kept saying this should never have gone to court, but from my understanding, the reason it went to court is because she refused to settle out of court, and rightly so, and so the guy was forced to testify. Watched both testimonies and she was telling the truth 100%. She went way up in my estimation

Amen to the actress. She showed so much pose. And grateful. Told him I wish you well.
  • "Honesty has a power not everyone is ready for". I hope this is what she said to him.
