Fever needs to learn to get Caitlin the ball with multiple picks, not just one slack a— pick that’s not really a pick. Set good picks and keep moving so Caitlin can get open shots. We have all seen in past games she don’t need much room but the Fever has some work to do on their offensive plays. You have a star shooter and you can’t even get her any looks? Come on man! We want to see Caitlin light it up and then the Fever will be winning games with her offensive ability. Let’s work together Fever, get her open and the fans will keep coming and filling up the arena. Caitlin is working too hard to even get a shot off.

Players generally shine when they have a coach whose style syncs with the players skills and abilities. That normally takes some time for it to mesh if it can with the player-coach combo.
