We recently conducted a paranormal investigation at the famously haunted Jamaica Inn.
We were excited to have the opportunity to investigate the Inn alone and spend the night in some of the most haunted rooms in the UK, which others are too afraid to do.

  • I was at Jamaica Inn in January 2023 doing the haunting night. Was in room 5 and saw dark mass like a tall figure in the bathroom entrance. I put the k1 meter on the bathroom sink area and it got moved. Also the rempod lit up by the dresser table when I was by the bed. Very creepy room

I love that you were permitted to investigate alone. I believe it makes a difference in focus, and removes the possibility of other groups contaminating results.

9:57 Thank you for including this clip--it's rare to see Griff so non-plussed! Karin, incidentally, is a terrific paranormal representative: great pacing to her storytelling, and even then, she was receptive when Griff literally felt something unseen! :D At 22:54, you both praise her, and rightly so! 16:03 Sounded like Knock-knock, knock, knock, knock--this Spirit threw in a couple more, a bargain! 😮😮😁😁 17:29 You gents are getting RESULTS! 18:34 😂😂🤣🤣😂😂🤣🤣 18:47 Griff describes the touch he felt on his calf, as a gentle squeeze, or STROKE--and at 16:27, Ste--in another room--received the word STROKE via the Ghost Tube app, moments after he heard those knocks! Spirit was informing him that Griff was about to get his own bit of proof! 36:47 A hit of Oxygen? Griff, are you all right? 🤔 36:58 Orb appears over the upper part bathroom door, moving from right to left 😮😮 37:04 Followed by an orb (the same one?) descending in a diagonal from the top of the door frame! 😲😲 37:05 Followed immediately by an orb/light anomaly, again appearing from behind the top of the door, moving left 😲😲 (When ya gotta go, ya gotta go--spirit needs to use the karzi...) 37:19 That strange 'click' in Griff's room? Too busy breathing (😂)--he never heard it! Sounds like the same 'click' at 17:40--was spirit messing with his camera? 🤔❔ Great inves

Me and my friend stayed at the Jamaica Inn back in 2011, and I can confirm that the place is well and truly haunted. We stayed in room 6 and as soon as we got into bed and turned the lights out at around 11.45pm it started kicking off. First we both noticed how cold the room had got. Then we both heard the unmistakable sound of a cat meowing and purring down her side of the bed. Then a couple of minutes later my friend swears in the darkness she saw what she described as a head and shoulders literally coming through the actual wood of our closed bedroom door from outside in the corridor, looking towards us as it slowly entered the room. She said whoever it was was wearing an old style tricorn hat, like that of a pirate. She screamed and I jumped out of bed to put the light on, but when I did there was absolutely nothing there. This was a little after 2am. My friend wanted to leave but before we did I checked the room for wires/speakers, anything at all that could debunk what we heard and saw. I searched that room from top to bottom, in the wardrobe, under and around the borders of the carpet, everywhere....but there was nothing there. We got our things and headed for the reception area downstairs where I dropped the room keys into the tray, and then we let ourselves out. The entire Inn was desolate and there wasn't anyone in the whole building apart from one other couple staying in room 4, but they never made a sound. I have no explanation for what happened to us that night, but it left me baffled and my friend utterly terrified.

A less honest and forthright team might have pointed out the 'orbs' at 37.09 A tap or knock at 37.23... Could just be the building settling. Awesome as ever guys. Keep doing you.

That hair flick was legit. 😮 thanks for sharing her clip with us. Liked. I think someone was admiring Griff's tattoos.
  • @pollyhunt2395
Brilliant investigation lads. That's one spooky looking place ! Even from the outside. I wonder if what Griff felt on his legs was interested in his tattoos 🤷 Thanks for all the hard work you put into making these episodes for us 😍

This was so cool! I read and did a book report in school many years ago on Jamaica Inn. Then read that Alfred Hitchcock admired Daphne du Maurier. Have watched the movies Jamaica Inn and Rebecca, another gem by dame Daphne, many times. Thanks for doing this. I never realized this was a real place. Loved it!
