๐๐๐Zelensky cannot invite anybody to peace talks because he has no more legal power. Also Ukraine already has broken the Minsk peace agreements which raises the question whether they are contractable at all. And at least Putin cannot take part in the peace talks because of the arrest warrant of the International Comedy Court.
