  • 12 year old Odyssey, 170k miles, still going strong. The problem with odysseys is a bunch of minor oil leaks. I fixed them, and bypassed cylinder deactivation. Gotta say, the van is as better than new in some ways!

I salvaged a 2006 odyssey from the junk yard, Fixed it up and its the best vehicle I've ever had, Love it ❤🧡💛💚💙💜🤎🖤🤍💯

Yepp sienna are the best. My mother currently have one. Bought it brand new in 2007. Currently at 492K miles! Original engine and transmission
  • I miss the conversion vans of the '70,s with the crazy murals painted on them.

I'm the third owner of an 05' Dodge Grand Caravan SXT. It has a little over 175K and I love it. It's previous owner was my late buddy Jim. I'm keeping it going as long as I can.

Minivans are awesome I dont care what anyone says. Comfortable and useful 😉
  • @andykilo5167
I’ve had mini vans since about 1992 or so. I can’t imagine any other vehicle that would be as versatile as these. Not a lot of support for someone who needs an ego boost from what they drive.
  • I was disappointed to not see the Arnold Schwarzenegger pic when you said 'total recall' lol.
  • @dcb1728
What are the best cars, Scotty? Scotty: Toyotas and Hondas What are you fixing today, Scotty? Scotty: Another broken Honda.
  • I’ve got a 2000 Odyssey. 292,000 miles, original transmission and engine. I changed transmission fluid every 15,000 miles and oil every 5,000.
  • @alexlynn2085
We had an ‘03 Odyssey for eight years and didn’t have a single problem with the engine or the transmission. Was a great family car for us. Went on many a trip in that thing. Am sorry to hear other people aren’t having the same flawless experience.
  • I got 214k out of my 2007 before selling it. Ran strong shifted great. Maintenance is key.
  • @CLMDADE
Love 2006 odyssey, yes I've had my transmission fixed...Honda took care of me, other than that it's been rock solid...I've had it for over 1o years.
  • Scotty, it was the 1999-2004 Honda Odysseys that had problem transmissions. If you go with a 2009-2013 they are extremely reliable vehicles.
  • @markconger8049
We LOVE our Toyota Sienna. The first one, a 2008 bought new, had zero problems for 288K until a deer jumped out in front of us and totalled it. EVERY safety system worked that night and saved us. What did we buy? A used 2013 Sienna with 90K miles and have had NO problems with it for over 18 months now and 140K on the odometer.
  • @lsh3rd
There's a Sienna in my driveway because of the Odyssey.
  • I bought an 05 Odyssey new, and it now has 144K miles. no major problems (knock wood). I can't complain about it. It's been very reliable.
  • @brent1387
Scotty.....I have an Odyssey with 208,000 miles on it...and still going strong....Regular maintenance is the key of course as you always preach!!!!!
