I made a twisted damascus knife with mammoth fossil

In today's video I show the construction of an integral forged knife, made up of four twisted damascus bars.
Its handle is made from fossilized mammoth teeth.
I made this drawing in an attempt to create a piece with angles and faces as if it had been cut, so there was extensive manual filing and sanding work.

It was the first piece I made with a Tanto style tip, and I was surprised by the piercing capacity related to the mechanical resistance that a tip like that can have.
I believe it is one of the most beautiful and different pieces I have ever created.

No vídeo de hoje trago a construção de uma faca forjada integral, composta por quatro barras de damasco torcido.
Sua empunhadura é feita com dente de mamute fossilizado.
Fiz esse desenho na tentativa de criar uma peça com ângulos e faces como se tivesse sido lapidada, então teve um extenso trabalho de lima e lixa manual.

Foi a primeira peça que fiz com ponta no estilo Tanto,e me surpreendi pela capacidade de perfuração relacionada à resistência mecânica que uma ponta assim pode ter.
Acredito que seja uma das peças mais bonitas e diferentes que já criei.

Absolutely Incredible! That knife is a masterpiece! The forging alone shows how beautiful a piece is it, but you then carved the handle in a way that shows that you have Multiple talents. If you do not have it, I suggest you could easily pass the Master bladesmith exam with your skills, but it would not surprise me in the least if you already are a Master Bladesmith. Your work is up there, for sure. Thanks for showing us your talents! you have a blade that many would be willing to pay top dollar for.
