For each Qos flow, the SMF will send different rules[Qos Rule, Qos Profile, PDR] respectively in UE,gNB and UPF. Correct? Thank you

QoS Rules dictate the mapping between uplink User Plane traffic and QoS flows to UE. Do they have any impact on QoS flow in Downlink direction ? Are they necessary for QoS flow in DL. Thank you
